This is a highly collectible vintage Whiting and Davis gold mesh evening bag with matching Accordion Coin purse. It is still usable for formal occasions today.
Both are fully lined in gold fabric and in excellent condition - pristine condition for a vintage item. We believe this is from the 1920-1940 era. It’s rare to find big this 2piece collection in beautiful condition today. It has a beautiful link chain handle.
We are selling them as a matching set. There are no gaps or defects in the mesh.
Approximate measurements- evening bag- 7 inches by 5 inches , accordion coin purse is 3inches by 3 inches.
